      Due to the nature of sensitive, vintage and antique audio equipment, Freedom Electech offers a limited refund policy, which is subject to change. Vintage and antique audio equipment, speakers, and accessories are sold “as is” and without warranty.  

      Eligibility of items for return will be determined by Freedom Electech. If an item is determined to be suitable for return Freedom Electech will provide you with a return code used for processing upon the arrival of your return. If you feel that you would like Freedom Electech to consider your purchase for return please see the initial parameters for return below:

      • A request for return must be made within 30 days of purchase and include a proof of purchase.

      • Items must be in the same condition as when purchased; including packaging and manuals where applicable.

      • If an item is identified as defective by the buyer within 30 days of purchase please contact Freedom Electech for consultation about the issue, as we may be able to troubleshoot or service the item remotely. If it is determined a return is warranted you will be provided with a return code. 

      • Returned items are subject to restocking fees, return shipping charges, and partial refunds may be considered if the item is returned and found to not be in its original condition; damaged; or missing parts.

      If it is determined by Freedom Electech that your item is eligible for return you will need to adhere to the following guidelines: 

      • If your item was shipped to you, reuse any packing materials provided and be sure to include the original packaging and manuals that were included with your purchase as well as provide proof of purchase along with your return code. 

      • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and we recommend that you purchase appropriate/additional insurance and tracking. 

      • Once your item is received, inspected and found to be eligible for return, you will receive your refund in the form of your original payment method less any applicable fees.

      Freedom ElecTech highly recommends that all purchases be picked up in person from our showroom in Boone, NC. If you require shipping to receive your item please consider the following:

      We make every possible effort to ensure that all items that are shipped are packed carefully and thoroughly. Your item will be properly packaged for the journey, however there are times when an item can be damaged in shipping, Freedom ElecTech, Inc. bears no responsibility or liability for any damage that may be incurred during shipping. Further, Freedom ElecTech, Inc. makes no claims on the condition of any item purchased through our web site upon arrival at its final destination. We strive to work out any potential issues with our clients on a one-on-one basis. There are always risks when shipping vintage, especially large, equipment from one place to another. All users of this site acknowledge these limitations at the time of purchase and indemnify Freedom ElecTech Inc. for any potential losses that may occur during shipping and delivery.
